We are unable to predict how the material of the item will respond to the engraving process due to the unknowns of the product manufacturing and continued care. The risk is something you need to be willing to accept.

We will provide design mock-up, and will only proceed when the mock-up (including spelling, font, and graphics) is approved by the customer. We will then schedule the item to be engraved.
 
Please note that engraving will likely void the product warranty with the manufacturer.

Items will need to be delivered to Rooted Culture Salon in Mt. Horeb, WI - please send an email to info@reisandgrind.com when delivery is complete.
You can expect a mock-up of the design within 3 to 5 business days after delivery of the product.
After approval, please allow our standard production time to complete your order.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up at Rooted Culture Salon in Mt. Horeb, WI.
